Teleportation is a way of travelling from place to place through magic, instead of walking, cutting the time the latter would take down to basically nothing. Individuals can teleport from anywhere they like, however only those skilled in teleportation can teleport to anywhere in the universe, while untrained teleporters have to teleport onto a teleport pad.
