The Rabbits are peacekeepers who keep the peace in the Dino Mines.
Dinosaurs keep on escaping from jail, and when Sheriff Wyatt went to investigate, he found himself locked in the cell. Spyro was able to find the cause of the escapes and free him.
Deputy Holiday spotted a Dinosaur toss a Dragon Egg down a flooded mineshaft. Spyro was able to clear the mine and reobtain the lost egg. Later, Roy assigned Agent 9 on a mission to take out the Bailey Gang after Wyatt made him a promess on becoming a deputy.
In the Epiligue, it's revealed that the Thieves are arrested and thrown in jail by Deputy Holiday.
