The Protesting Sheep is a villain who appeared in the advertisements to promote the first game in the classic series. He hates Spyro, and will do anything he can to stop Spyro's video game from being released. In one ad, he went as far as entering a video game shop (that was closed), breaking in after a guard opened the door and handcuffing himself to a shelf in order to protest, causing the guard to call over his guard dog.

Another ad shows him trying to boycott Spyro, though the only ones who were able to gain his attention were two fat men, who were hungry for Roast Lamb.
