Marco is a resident in Sunny Villa, as seen in Spyro:Year of the Dragon. He is found in Sheila's part of the level. He requests that Sheila rescues his love interest, Rapunzel, who has been captured by the Rhynocs. However he doesn't bribe Sheila with a Dragon Egg (a rare occurance in the game). He has not appeared in any games since.
