Ermit is a hermit who appears in Skylanders: Giants. He has a notable paranoia of the clouds, convinced that they're evil.

Personality
Ermit is really a people person despite his name, but not a cloud person.[1] He has a fear and hatred for clouds, thinking they are out to get him.
Story
Ermit was the one who first saw Kaos's arrival back to Skylands as well as him acquiring the help of an Arkeyan Conquertron he inadvertantly reactivated. Soon afterwards, Ermit was captured by Brock and used as bait to lure the Skylander into an Arena Battle. After he was freed, Ermit traveled on the Dread-Yacht, accompanying the Skylander in their quest to stop Kaos from ruling Skylands with an army of Arkeyans.
Trivia
- Despite his similar name, Ermit lives in a town and isn't actually a hermit. People confuse him with one because of his name and paranoid nature.[1]
- He has nephophobia (fear of clouds), very similar to how Hugo has ovinaphobia (fear of sheep).
- He is, or at least was, working on a book about the dangers of clouds.
- His fear of clouds is similar is possibly similar to Peter Griffin's (a character from Family Guy) fear of clouds (this was only featured on the episode "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" but is very similar, as he and Ermit both believe that the clouds are plotting against them).
