The Breezebuilders are a race that only appeared in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. Their appearence as enemies in the level Zephyr. But as allies in the Breeze Harbor level. The reason for this change is Spyro's juxtaposition in the war between Land Blubbers and Breezebuilders. The Breezebuilders' home is Breeze Harbor, and they are invading Zephyr.

The Breeze Builders found in Breeze Harbor resemble pelicans.
